Day Thirteen

The Poem:

fragments of my day
like sunlight in broken glass
lovely imperfect

Notes:
It is fairly easy (easier than two years ago, at least) to set aside the frenzy of work and the panic of upcoming deadlines for a few minutes of peace. What's harder is to carry that peace into the work itself, to rejoice in it because it can be work to the glory of God. Part of what I'm learning is to work diligently and trust the results to God, and to realize that there is grace for my limitations.

CJ Mahaney's thoughts on Biblical priorities have been helpful in this process.
